1 year manufacturer's warranty.
Improper removal of laundry from an elevated height without the use of the pulley system or improper installation of product or excessive weight, voids warranty.

Canada Post Shipping
Laundry Lift uses Canada Post for all its shipping needs. Prices shown do not include Standard Delivery shipping charges within continental North America. International orders including Mexico will also have charges added to their order.

Methods of Payment & Sales Tax
All prices in Canadian Dollars. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Amex and Discover credit cards via PayPal. We do not ship C.O.D. Taxes are not included in the prices quoted. You can also call at 1-866-550-5438 to place an order using VISA or MasterCard

Our Recommendation

• Close down Internet browser. you always close down your Internet browser when you have finished shopping online, especially if you use a shared PC. This will delete temporary Internet cookies from any sites that you may have visited.
• Keep a record. Be sure to print a copy of your purchase order and confirmation number for your records.
• Keep your password private. Be crative when you establish a password, and never give it to anyone. Avoid using a telephone number, birth date or a portion of your Social Security Number. Instead, use a combination of numbers, letters and symbols.

Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.
